Anyway, today's my practical test and i'm confident to say i sure pass one! I tried flipping it and it dint drop to th floor nor break into half!(thank god). Cutting skills was okay except for some inconsistency, miss en place was perfect. Grooming perfect.
Next week gonna start on western cuisine! Who wants pasta?

(Btw, my mum says tht if i regretted joining this course thn i should quit. Should i? I mean, sometimes i really regret taking this but at other times, i enjoyed it. What should i do? ): )
