Forever may not always be a good thing

I recently found myself a new addiction:The Vampire Diaries.
The story is v much like Twilight, just that they have fangs and thy will burn under the sun if not for the ring they wore. And the best part is they can manipulate minds, sort of like mind control thing, and i think it's soooooo cool!
The story is about 2 brothers loving the same women, the elder is a evil vampire while the younger one is good, he feeds on animal blood. Besides focusing on the love side of the story, this Vampire diaries also focus on the family side, like how Elena(the lead lady) and her brother deals with the loss of their parents. And it also talks about witches.
The best part is it's a Teevee series, which means lesser part being cut off, and more scenes being played!

So ytd, i asked my sister this: If you could choose, would you want to be human or a Vampire?
And she said" Human, because if i'm a Vampire i cannot eat solid food. I cn only drink blood.

Funny answer huh? I mean, we don't even really know if Vampire can eat solid food or not? Maybe they can, just on a minimal scale?(My sister is stucked on the Stephenie Meyer's vampire version.)

I think the only disadvantage of being a vampire is loneliness. I mean, you live your life alone. And you have to see all your love ones leaving before you. And there's nothing you can do abt it. You cannot change thm, because, who knows? Not everybody wants to be a monster. Not everyone wants to live forever. Although th thought of "living forever" is very appealing, but let's face it. Humans are born, humans grow. Then humans die. It's all part of nature. And i don't think "living forever" is a good thing, if you are alone.
And you have to feed on blood! It's a good thing if you can resist human blood and feed on animal blood instead. But animals are also a living thing, how cn anyone bear to kill them? Imagine hearing their poor whimpering sounds when they gradually stop struggling and eventually, they die with their eyes open. No way.
Being human is wayyy better.

Love,
Zijing
